I’ve been asked recently to write an article about preparing for chemotherapy. Here’s what I’ve come up with so far.
#1. Wear cute shoes.
#2. Bring your laptop for online shopping.
#3. Pretend you are having a beauty treatment.

Celebrating with my BFF her beautiful daughter and daughter in law on the impending arrival of their second babies.

Yesterday I was filmed for a segment about chemotherapy for WebMD.
The interview affirmed for me how important maintaining who I am throughout my cancer journey has really helped me. I am not just a cancer patient, I am Donna who just happens to be fighting cancer and I’m doing it the same sassy way I’ve always done it, one outfit at a time.
I think I owned the same pair of Mary Janes from the Spiegel Catalog in the sixth grade.
Grown-up pair Nine West.
